Social Worker - Adoption - Tameside - £30 per hour

We are currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic social worker to join our clients Adoption Team in Tameside. The successful social worker will ideally have recent involvement and experience within adoption and family placement work.

Required candidate experience as an Adoption Social Worker:

* Understanding of the adoption regulations
* Assessment of the needs of children
* Providing support to families in need
* Form F assessments
* Conducting initial visits
* Taking cases to panel
* Liaising with other professionals
* Knowledge of relevant legislation
* Holding complex cases
* Viability assessments

Essential requirements of this Social Worker role:

* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK licence
* Post-qualified experience
