Senior Social Worker - Care Management Team - Dudley - £32.33 per hour

We require an experienced senior social worker to work in a care management team in Dudley.

In this role as a successful social worker you will be ensuring the best outcome possible for children, young people and their families, through safeguarding and promoting their welfare.

Duties as a Care Management Senior Social Worker:

* Managing a complex case load of children and young people
* Conducting a range of assessments whilst listening to the views of the people you're supporting
* Using best practice and ensuring all legislative requirements are met
* Delivering high quality children's plans in a pro-active and timely manner, with a strong emphasis on the child's voice
* Empowering children, young people and their families/carers by listening to their views
* Providing written reports, in a variety of different formats as required by the receiver of the court

You will need to be:

* Social work qualified
* Experience of managing a complex case load
* Experience of court work
* Social Work England Registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
