Senior Social Worker - Adults Review Team - Wokingham - £34 per hour

We require a senior social worker to join an adults review team in Wokingham.

In this role as a review social worker you will be undertaking general social care assessments and safeguarding enquiries. Ideally candidates will have previous experience using Care First. Previous adults statutory social work experience with mental health, learning disabilities or older adults is also desirable.

Responsibilities as an Adults Review Senior Social Worker:

* Ability to complete reviews of residents with complex needs and work in a strengths based way to find alternative ways of supporting people to have their needs me
* Understanding of residents with double-up care and ability to support exploration of reduction in support, ensuring needs are met
* To be able to work pro-actively and positively as part of a team
* Good knowledge of Safeguarding Adults Processes
* A flexible approach to work to be able to adapt to the needs of the service when required

Requirements:

* Social Work England Registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Qualified as a social worker
* Previous statutory adults experience
* Qualified as a social worker
