Social Worker - Mental Health Team - Haringey - £30 per hour

We are currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join a Mental Health Team based in Haringey. You will have knowledge of the related legislation including the Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity Act.

Responsibilities of this Mental Health Social Worker include:

* Working collaboratively with health professionals
* Working directly with people with mental health needs
* Championing independence
* Producing clear outcome focused care and support plans
* Focused on the recovery of adults diagnosed with severe and enduring mental illnesses
* Carrying out care act assessments

Requirements of this Mental Health Social Worker include:

* Social Work England registration
* Degree or equivalent in Social Work
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK licence
* Post-qualified experience
