Social Worker - Children's Locality Team

Social Worker - Children's Locality Team - Sutton - £32 - £35 per hour

An experienced Children's Social Worker is needed to join a Locality Team in Sutton, London.

You must have solid safeguarding and child protection experience and be confident with court proceedings. Due to the nature of the role, the successful Social Worker must have front line post qualifying experience in children's services.

As a Social Worker, you will have experience of:

* Knowledge of relevant legislation
* Working with children on the Child Protection Register, Looked after Children and Children in Need
* Working with Public Law Outline (PLO)
* Liaising with other professionals
* Case conferences
* Attending court
* Chairing child protection conferences and meetings
* Single assessments

Essential requirements of this Social Worker role:

* Social Work England Registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* A full UK license holder
* Degree or equivalent
