Social Worker - Family Court Advisor CAFCASS

Social Worker - Family Court Advisor CAFCASS - Merseyside - £29.50 per hour

We are currently looking for a Family Court Advisor (social work qualified) to join our client's team in Merseyside.

This role will involve Private Law and Public Law. Experience and knowledge are required in Section 7's and Section 37's.

As a Family Court Advisor Social Worker, you will be required to:

* Provide case analysis and recommendations to the court
* Work with parents, relatives, local authorities, and the courts, and demonstrate your understanding of what the child needs, wants and feels
* You will be working directly with vulnerable children and families
* To advise the family courts on the best course of action for the child or young person

Requirements as a Family Court Advisor Social Worker:

* Social Work England registration
* Degree or equivalent in Social Work
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK licence
* Post-qualified experience
* Full driving licence along with the ability and willingness to travel
