Social Worker - Children in Need / Child Protection - Warrington - £33 per hour

We are currently recruiting for a Children's Services Social Worker to join Warrington's Child Protection Team.

As an experienced Social Worker, you will be working to safeguard children at risk in the Warrington area, so you must have strong statutory experience of providing excellent Social Care in a Children's Team.

As a CIN/CP Social Worker you will be required to:

* Work directly with children
* Take part in care proceedings
* Attend court & write court reports
* Working with Public Law Outline (PLO)
* Completing section 47s
* Child Protection/ Children in Need meetings
* Take part in case conferences
* Chairing core group meetings
* Completing Children in Need and Child Protection visits

Requirements as a CIN/CP Social Worker include:

* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK licence
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
