Senior Social Worker - Locality Teams - Trafford - £32 per hour

We are currently recruiting for a highly qualified Social Worker to join a Locality Team based in Trafford.

You will have the opportunity to put your previous experience to good use whilst being surrounded by a strong supportive network of experienced social workers and managers. As a worker you will be provided with a comprehensive induction, training, help and advice to enable you to reach your full potential.

Responsibilities of this Senior Social Worker role include:

* Write clear and concise reports, to maintain case records and to fulfil administrative requirements
* Work in an unpredictable environment and confidently assess risk and children's needs
* Prioritise, meet deadlines and problem solve on a daily basis
* Undertake detailed holistic assessment of children, young people and their families
* Work with a small case load, and will support in putting the ambitions in place on our improvement journey

Requirements of this Senior Social Worker role include:

* Social Work England Registered
* Degree or equivalent in Social Work
* Eligible to work in the UK
* A full UK license holder
