Social Worker - Mental Health Rehab & Recovery - West London Mental Health NHS Trust - £28 - £30 per hour

We require an experienced Social Worker to work in a Mental Health Rehab and Recovery service in West London.

As a successful Social Worker you will ideally have previously worked as a Mental Heath Practitioner (SW) with experience in CMHT settings, completing Mental Capacity, Mental Health and Care Act Assessments.

You will needs to be motivated and wiling to develop, as the management team are looking for character just as much as experience. Good legislation knowledge with regards to safeguarding; knowledge of the safeguarding principles, assessing risk, and approaching work with a strength-based approach is also desired.

* Working collaboratively with health professionals
* Working directly with people with mental health needs

* Focused on the recovery of adults diagnosed with severe and enduring mental illnesses
* Carrying out care act assessments

Requirements of this Mental Health Social Worker include:

* Social Work England registration
* Degree or equivalent in Social Work
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK licence
* Post-qualified experience
