Salary: £23,000 plus uncapped commission (OTE: Year 1: £30-£35K, Year 2: £40-50K, Year 3: £65K plus- with top billers earning a six-figure salary!)

About the opportunity

We have an exciting new opportunity for an enthusiastic, professional and personable individual to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant. Under the direction of the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Driving sales growth and putting customer service first is at the heart of everything we do. You will build new and maintain current relationships through a customer-focused approach, as well as following sales cycles and growing new business by converting new customers. You will be responsible for sourcing new candidates, increasing the number of doctors working and growing the market share- whilst always ensuring an exceptional customer service approach, quality assurance and working in-line with company and framework standards.

What you will be doing

* Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial attraction, to onboarding, deployment and retention strategies
* Building a strong understanding of your target market
* Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and candidates
* Proactively canvassing for new business from potential clients by using a variety of sales techniques
* Driving client satisfaction and retention by matching products and services to their personal needs
* Spending time to build a deep understanding of our clients' personal and business requirements
* Building trusted connections through client and candidate relationships
* Managing existing clients and sourcing new ones
* Sourcing candidates through a variety of methods including; headhunting, utilising the internal database, advertisements, job boards, referrals, social media and networking
* Talent planning to attract new candidates which mirrors the ever-changing customer demand profiles
* Creating, maintaining and developing a network of candidates within your niche area
* Proactively engaging with Doctor's to ensure they are supported throughout the recruitment process and their requirements are being met
* Working towards sales targets and meeting weekly and monthly KPI's
* Screening, interviewing and assessing candidates in-line with your client's requirements
* Using a variety of sales techniques in order to achieve success and close sales
* Appropriately matching clients and candidates by identifying the needs of both
* Negotiating, persuading and influencing in order to achieve the best outcome
* Working towards set targets and KPI's with the aim to exceed expectations

Skill set and experience required

* Recruitment experience is desired, but not essential
* Experience is a fast-paced sales environment
* A graduate who has a strong track record of working throughout their studies
* Excellent levels of customer service
* A high attention to detail
* Self-motivated and target driven
* Driven and hardworking
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills
* The ability to adapt to a fast-paced sales environment
