Care Coordinator - RMN - Community Mental Health

Care Coordinator - RMN - Community Mental Health - Buckinghamshire - Up to £30 per hour

We are currently looking for a Care Coordinator / Mental Health Practitioner's (preferably RMN's but SW, and OT's will be considered). The role will involve care coordination, mental health assessments, care planning with psychosocial interventions, Carrying an independent caseload and covering duty on a rota. Car driver essential and community experience preferable.

Essential Requirements:

* Qualification as a RMN
* Previous mental health experience
* Ability to start within one month
* Eligibility to work in the UK
* Full UK licence holder
* Registered with the NMC
