Support Worker - Level 3 - Guildford, Surrey - £13.37 per hour

We are currently looking for a Level 3 Support Coordinator to join a fantastic team in Guildford. As a Support Coordinator you will be working in a service which houses vulnerable gentleman, and will be offering first point of call when needed.

All residents are unique and very different in their own ways. Their needs can range from mental health difficulties, to drug and alcohol issues as well as challenging behaviour. The service allows them to live in a supported environment to help improve their lives.

Duties as a Support Worker:

* Working with males with a range of needs including mental health, substance misuse and challenging behaviours
* Being the first point of call when needed
* Caring attitude and the desire to learn and make a difference
* Working with colleagues across different services
* You must thrive both on working with a range of vulnerable people, who all have different support needs

Essential requirements of this Support Worker role:

* The legal right to work in the UK
* Genuine passion to deliver aspirational person-centred support
* Previous experience of working with vulnerable adults
* Caring attitude and the desire to learn and make a difference
