As a Candidate Care Consultant you will be responsible for:

* Maintaining weekly contact with our current workers from across Liquid Personnel's qualified contract recruitment teams
* Handling all candidate queries in relation to their current assignments
* Generating new business leads and acquiring candidate referrals
* Effectively promoting Liquid's services to ensure that we are the preferred agency for candidates
* Maximising candidate retention by communicating providing the highest levels of customer care
* Accurately updating and maintaining records on the company database
* Constant communication with social work candidates via phone and email
* Logging information directly onto client portals

As an ideal candidate for this role you will be:

* Hardworking with excellent communication skills- both verbal and written
* The ability to manage a demanding workload within a fast-paced working environment
* Able to make high volumes of engaging, productive outbound calls each day
