Salary: £23,000 plus uncapped commission

(OTE: Year 1: £30-£35K, Year 2: £40-50K, Year 3: £65K plus- with top billers earning a six-figure salary!)

About the opportunity:

We have an exciting new opportunity for an enthusiastic, driven and personable individual to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant. Under the direction of the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for Doctors across the UK and will drive sales growth and retention by putting customer service first is at the heart of everything you do.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:

* Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial attraction, to onboarding, deployment and retention strategies
* Building a strong understanding of your target market
* Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and candidates
* Following sales cycles and growing new business by a variety of sales techniques and by converting new customers
* Driving client satisfaction and retention by matching products and services to their personal needs
* Building a deep understanding of our clients' personal and business requirements
* Managing existing clients and sourcing new ones
* Sourcing candidates through a variety of methods including; headhunting, utilising the internal database, advertisements, job boards, referrals, social media and networking
* Creating, maintaining and developing a network of candidates within your niche area
* Proactively engaging with Doctor's to ensure they are supported throughout the recruitment process and their requirements are being met
* Working towards sales targets and meeting weekly and monthly KPI's
* Screening, interviewing and assessing candidates in-line with your client's requirements
* Using a variety of sales techniques in order to achieve success and close sales
* Appropriately matching clients and candidates by identifying the needs of both
* Negotiating, persuading and influencing in order to achieve the best outcome

Skill set and experience required

* Recruitment experience is desired, but not essential
* Experience is a fast-paced sales environment
* Excellent levels of customer service
* A high attention to detail
* Self-motivated and target driven
* Driven and hardworking
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills
* The ability to adapt to a fast-paced sales environment
