Role and Responsibilities:

This role has a strong strategic focus and accountability for performance and results is essential. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for;

* P&L responsibility for the division to ensure that GM and Ebitda targets are exceeded
* Providing strategy and direction to the team and the Team Manager
* Working with Team Managers and L&D Managers to ensure your team receive support, development and motivation
* Engaging with senior stakeholders internally as part of our Senior Management Team
* Networking across Acacium Group to identify opportunities to support and work with sister brands in order to deliver our "Growing Together" value
* Identifying and engaging with senior-level client contacts to win of further develop relationships
* Forecasting and reporting pipelines and results for your division
* Preparing and delivering company-wide or Group-wide presentations
* Providing training and support to Consultants as they transition from contingent to retained search/RPO methods of delivery

Required skills or experience:

* A solid track record of successfully leading recruitment teams
* Strong understanding of permanent recruitment processes
* Delivering growth and achieving / exceeding budget expectations
* Ability to attract, develop and retain high performing consultants and Team Managers
* A history of winning multiple high value client accounts in previous roles
* Experience of presenting and winning Retained Search and RPO projects
* Preferably experience within Healthcare, Social Care or Social Work markets
