Liquid Personnel is currently looking for an experienced Adults Social Worker to join our clients Mental Health, Multi-Disciplinary Team in Bolton.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a large supportive multidisciplinary team. The team care coordinate people aged from 14 to 65 who are experiencing a first episode of psychosis.

Your main responsibilities as a Social Worker:

• To work within legislation, statutory guidance, local policy, and procedures to ensure that Adult Safeguarding processes are followed.
• To work within a team which includes Team lead; Senior Practitioner, Social Workers; Assessment and Enablement Officers; Customer Service Officers, to provide a first point of contact regarding Safeguarding enquiries and referrals.
• To provide professional assessment and intervention as required for service users with complex needs: this will include consideration of Mental Capacity.
• To work in line with and promote the principals of Making Safeguarding Personal.

 
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
