Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Adults Social Worker to join a busy All Age Disabilities Team based in Cambridgeshire.

This adult disabilities team accommodates and supports adults with physical disabilities and will require the successful candidate to undertake assessments for clients, assessing the client’s needs, risks and capacity and respond appropriately to support the service user.

Your main responsibilities as an Adults Social Worker include:

• Act as an appropriate adult for service users with mental health issues
• Write social circumstance reports and attend tribunals
• Attend court hearings on behalf of client and progress cases in court of protection
• Working with people with physical disabilities
• To promote and maintain independence for vulnerable adults
• To protect adults at risk using procedures to safeguard adults from abuse

What we are looking for in an Adults Social Worker:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
