Job role: Advanced Practitioner 
Salary: £41,496 – £43,516
Hours: 30 hours a week 

Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced advanced practitioner to join the Fostering service in Warwickshire.
As part of the role you will be joining an Ofsted rated ‘Good’ authority in Warwickshire County Council.

As an advanced practitioner you will be one of the senior members of the team, offering support and guidance to others when called upon as well as managing a complex caseload. There will also be the possibility of you working towards your practice educator awards.

About the role 

• Supervise family support workers 
• Monitor and process the referrals for family support workers
• You will be responsible for the connected persons Data Tracker 
• Complete connected persons assessments
• Provide training and support to other professionals 

About you

• Hold a social work degree
• Right to work in the UK and hold a full UK driving licence 
• Have significant post qualified experience 
• In depth knowledge of relevant legislation and the national minimum standards
