Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Assessing Social Worker to join the Connected Persons Team based in Stockport.

As a successful candidate, you will be supporting and supervising Connected Carers who are temporary approved via regulation 24 while also assessing the same carers as Kinship carers.

Your duties as an Assessing Social Worker:

• Undertaking court directed kinship carer assessments.
• Undertaking viability assessments.
• Undertaking the task of duty within the connected carers team
• Supporting guardians
• Supporting family and friends foster carers
• Undertaking regulation 24 assessments.

Your requirements as an Assessing Social Worker:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
