Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Assessment Manager to join a Specialist School based in Newham.

You will work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to develop appropriate strategies on a whole school, class and individual basis ensuring that each pupil is working towards a stepdown destination and reaching their full potential.

What we are looking for in an Assessment Manager:

• Work closely with the Business Development Team (BDT), Senior Practitioner and the Head of Service at the initial assessment stage of new pupil referrals for Create in the Community’s 20 Week Assessment Program.
• Coordinate and oversee the 4 stages of the assessment: rapport building; assessment; reporting; integration.
• Ensure each pupils’ assessment program meets all criteria set out within the Create in the Community’s 20 Week Assessment Program Manual.
• Coordinate bespoke elements of the 20 Week Assessment Program based on the Summary of Needs (SONA) of new referrals as part of the formal offer to the Local Authority.

What we are looking for in an Assessment Manager:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
