Assessor – Lambeth – Assessment

Liquid Personnel is currently looking for a Social Care Assessor to join a busy Assessment in Lambeth.

Primary Responsibilities as an Assessor:

  • You will be providing services to meet assessed needs and putting in place protection plans to safeguard vulnerable adults from abuse.
  • To determine care and support needs of vulnerable clients.
  • Undertake assessments to provide and determine equipment that can maintain or improve independence. 
  • Carry out duty functions including screening referrals and completing essential visits Understand local authority statutory responsibilities.

What we are looking for in an Assessor:

  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Hold a full UK licence
  • Post-qualified experience
