Liquid Personnel is currently looking for a Social Care Assessor to join a busy Assessment in Lambeth.

Primary Responsibilities as an Assessor:
- You will be providing services to meet assessed needs and putting in place protection plans to safeguard vulnerable adults from abuse.
- To determine care and support needs of vulnerable clients.
- Undertake assessments to provide and determine equipment that can maintain or improve independence.
- Carry out duty functions including screening referrals and completing essential visits Understand local authority statutory responsibilities.
What we are looking for in an Assessor:
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK licence
- Post-qualified experience
