Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Social Work Assistant Team Manager to join the Adoption Service based in Buckinghamshire.
As a successful candidate, you will assist the Team Manager with the day to day runnings of the Adoption Team.

Duties as an Adoption Service Assistant Team Manager:
- Promoting the safety and wellbeing of children and young people
- Improving children and young people’s life chances and outcomes in the care of their parents, or other carers
- Assisting with the leading, managing and supervising social work practice
- Assessing, planning, delivering and reviewing social work services
- Assuring the quality of practice, managing performance and delivering value for money
Requirements as an Adoption Service Assisstant Team Manager:
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
