Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Assistant Team Manager to join a busy Adult Front Door Team based in Stockport.

Your main responsibilities as an Assistant Team Manager:
As an ATM you will work alongside the existing OT ATM to manage the day-to-day work of the team. This includes attendance at multi-agency meetings, chairing Team Around the Adult meeting’s and providing professional support to the RIO’s. You will also triage and prioritise referrals and be confident in decision making in a fast-paced environment and be able to develop and maintain good working relationships with our partners. You will be involved in service development such as embedding strengths and asset-based working within the team.
What we are looking for in an Assistant Team Manager:
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
