Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Care Co-ordinator (CPN, Social Worker or OT) to join a busy CMHTN Team based in Churchdown.

Essential requirements as a Care Co-ordinator:

• Significant experience of working with service users when acutely mentally ill in the community
• Significant experience of clinical assessment of adults with mental health issues
• Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary setting using the Care Programme Approach

What we are looking for in a Care Co-ordinator:

• Social Work England, HCPC or NMC registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work or Mental Health
