Your main responsibilities as a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse / Social Worker?

• Carry overall responsibility for the management of a defined caseload, acting as a care co-ordinator or keyworker, as defined by the Care Programme Approach (CPA).
• Provide evidence based therapeutic interventions using developed interpersonal skills such as CBT or psychoeducation.
• Maintain clear, comprehensive and contemporaneous written clinical records on all clients, in accordance with NMC Standards and Trust policies.
• Deputise for the CRT Managers as required.
• Provide formal, ongoing clinical supervision and caseload management supervision to CRT staff.

What we are looking for in a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse / Social Worker?

• Social Work England or NMC registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work or Mental Health Nursing
