Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Band 6 Physiotherapist to join a busy Community Rehab team based in Manchester.

Your main responsibilities as a Band 6 Community Rehab Physiotherapist:

• To undertake and support staff to complete the assessment and clinical diagnosis of complex patients using investigative and analytical skills; formulating an individual management and/or treatment programme according to the patients goals using clinical reasoning and a range of treatment skills, including knowledge of alternative treatment options 
• To work within a multidisciplinary team, completing liaison, joint working and collaborative decision making (E)
• To utilise complex communication skills to be able to overcome barriers to communication 
• To undertake specialist OT assessment of patients and establish goals in collaboration with patient and carer.

What we are looking for in a Band 6 Community Rehab Physiotherapist:

• HCPC registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Physiotherapy
