Crisis Team – £31 – £35 per hour
The service operates 7 days per week from 8am-8pm

We are recruiting for Mental Health Practitioners to work for our client in Coventry. 

The successful Mental Health Practitioners will be required to work within a multi-disciplinary Age Independent 24/7 Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team (CRHT). CRHT provide a service to people experiencing an acute psychiatric crisis (functional or organic) who require urgent assessment to determine the required interventions using the least restrictive environment to facilitate recovery.

As a successful Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner, you will provide:

• Urgent Assessments of mental health needs and risk
• Formulation of plans of care in an acute crisis
• Evidenced based intervention that follow the cluster pathway
• Monitoring concordance to care and treatment plans
• Support Care packages as required to meet the needs e.g. Organic patients 
• Contribute to the review of care
• Supervise junior staff providing care delivery

 
Essential requirements of this Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner role:

• Qualified RMN, Social Worker or Occupational Therapist
• Valid registration with the NMC, Social Work England, or HCPC
• Extensive post qualified experience in a mental health setting
• The legal right to work in the UK
