Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner to join a busy team based in Lewisham.

As a successful Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner you will aim to focus on providing appropriate interventions and treatments to people with mental health needs.

Your main responsibilities as a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner:

• Conduct assessments of service users with a wide range of mental disorders
• Telephone assessments
• Short-term case work (up to 16 weeks)
• Completing data quality requirements on EPJS
• MDT working
• Attending clinical team meetings and liaison with other services

What we are looking for in a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner:

• NMC registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing
