Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Band 6 or 7 Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join a busy CAMHS Team based in Wiltshire.

Your main responsibilities as a Senior Mental Health Practitioner:

• Contribute to the Initial assessments for children referred to CAMHS.
• Provide Care co ordination.
• To be able to offer short term and longer term interventions to young people experiencing for example anxiety , low mood and/or emotional dysregulation.
• To conduct sound  risk assessments, safety plans, clinical notes and crisis plans where needed and send letters to families, GPS and partener agencies following assessments.
  Attend Multi agency meetings as and when required

What we are looking for in a Senior Mental Health Practitioner:

• NMC registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing
