Your main responsibilities as a Band 6 RMN:

• Safely manage people’s care and amend accordingly. 
• Formulate and carry out medical, holistic and admission avoidance care plans.
• Assists with incident reporting and review.
• Participates in the delivery of the CGA and frailty model of care across IC with the MDT.
• Provides specialist non-clinical advice to specific groups of staff.
• Undertakes clinical interventions that are sound and based on guidance and best practice.

What we are looking for in a Band 6 RMN:

• NMC registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing
