Your main responsibilities as a Social Worker:

• You will be a member of a community MDT supporting local clients with mental health and wellbeing difficulties. 
• Assessments and interventions are guided by the Mental Health Act 1983 and its relevant sections, such as CPAs, supporting transfers of care from other services, preparing tribunal reports and attending tribunal hearings.
• Assessments and interventions are either clinic based or at client’s preferred location. 
• Work closely with external agencies.
• Good verbal and written English and time management.

What we are looking for in a Social Worker:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
