Your main responsibilities as a Band 7 Senior Practitioner

• Experience of managing risks and reporting and escalating concerns
• Specialist knowledge of Safeguarding Adults, including national and local policies and 2 years’ experience.
• Ability to take responsibility for Clinical Governance/ Effectiveness and audit within the service
• Ability to develop and deliver training to a range of groups and individuals – Desirable
• Demonstrate tact and diplomacy with sound ability to challenge constructively – Desirable

What we are looking for in a Band 7 Senior Practitioner

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
