Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Band 7 Team Lead to join a busy Mental Health Team based in Barnet.

Your main responsibilities as a Band 7 Team Lead:

• To liaise with and develop partnerships with other professionals, within the tier 4 in-patient service and other specialist services and Tier 3 teams.
• To participate in the allocation of referrals with the responsible Consultant and Manager for the service
• To provide an intensive, safe and flexible service to children and young people presenting in a crisis, in the day service and liaise with support networks in the community.
• To plan the provision of care with relevant multi-disciplinary team members across the different parts of the service ensuring that users and carers have sufficient information to make an informed choice regarding treatment options.
• The post holder will work closely with the young person and their family to develop care plans for service users who present in a crisis and provide day treatment program as an alternative to an in-patient admission.

What we are looking for in a Band 7 Team Lead:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
