C &F Support Worker – Preston – Assessment
Liquid Personnel is currently looking for a C &F Support Worker to join our client’s Team in Preston.

Your duties as a C &F Support Worker:
- you will undertake appropriate assessment of the needs of their allocated client group in line with agreed assessment processes and progress appropriate planned responses.
- You will carry a caseload of children and young people in families with unmet needs up to the thresholds for statutory services, with more focus on intensive support (Level 3).
- you will develop and deliver smart action plans designed to address identified needs and use agreed tools to measure the progress made by families/individuals towards substantial and sustained change.
Essential requirements of C &F Support Worker:
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK licence
- Post-qualified experience
