Care Manager – Bromley – Assessment/Safeguarding Adults
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Care Manager to join a busy Assessment/Safeguarding Adults Team based in Bromley.

Your main responsibilities as a Care Manager:
- Participate in Safeguarding enquiries and Best Interest Assessment (BIA) when required.
- Review the needs of individual service users and carers.
- Provide an assessment service to individuals and their carers in accordance with Care Act (2014) criteria.
- Initiate and co-ordinate care and support plans for and with individual service users and support plans for carers.
What we are looking for in a Care Manager:
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
