Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a CHC Assessor (RGN/RNLD) to join our client based in South West London.

Essential requirements for the role:

• Minimum two years CHC experience 
• Some case management experience 
• Good assessment and writing skills
• 2 days face to face in Warwickarea completing assessments but write up can be done at home

What we are looking for in a CHC Assessor:

• NMC registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Nursing
