CQC Registered Manager – Head of Care – SEND – Yeovil

Liquid Personnel is currently looking for an experienced CQC Registered Manager to join our in CQC Yeovil, Somerset. This is a senior leadership position, working for a residential college which provides care for children and adults between the ages of 16 and 25.

As a CQC Registered Manager, you will lead a large care team including Deputy Heads of Care, House Managers, Senior Support Workers and Support Workers.

Your duties as a CQC Registered Manager in Yeovil, Somerset:

  • You will share the responsibility in ensuring the safe and effective operations of our 52 week and 38-week care students at the college providing high quality and person-centred residential support during their 2–3-year placements
  • You will lead a large care team and motivating the care team; including Deputy Heads of Care, House Managers, Senior Support Workers and Support Workers, they will innovate and improve the quality of the provision
  • You will share the responsibility in ensuring the safe and effective operations of the 52 week and 38-week care students at the college providing high quality and person centred residential support during their 2-3 year placements

Essential requirements of this CQC Registered Manager role:

  • Proven track record as a residential registered manager with CQC
  • Previous SEND experience
  • Experience in quality assurance systems and processes
  • You must be a proactive, strategic, creative thinker and implementer
  • The legal right to work in the UK
