Liquid Personnel is currently looking for an Experienced Communication Professional to join our client’s team in Oxford.

Due to the nature of this role, our client requires a communication professional who has post qualified experience in a similar role.

Your duties as a communication professional:

  • The candidate should understand the SEND sector and be empathetic with a deep understanding of parent’s views and wishes. 
  • The initial work is anticipated to take place over two months and will include analysis of existing communication processes and issues, alongside consultation with users of the service to gain their views and lived experience. 
  • Improve customer satisfaction (through improved customer experiences
  • Improve staff attitudes and behaviours towards customers internally and externally
    Identify opportunities for redesign of operational approaches – for example, amendments to standard letters and communication related to processes
  • Improve front facing processes that customers experience by reducing time taken and information asked for.

Further Requirements:

You will provide recognition for internal and external groups / teams / individuals on delivering customer excellence. You will also consider feedback from parents and families, discussions with other Local Authorities and any local/national standards.
