Deputy Manager – Wolverhampton – Family Assessment Centre

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Deputy Manager (Social Work Qualified) to join a busy Family Assessment Centre based in Wolverhampton.

Your main responsibilities as a Deputy Manager:

  • To support the Registered Manager for the Centre and to deputise in their absence
  • To share responsibility for the day-to-day assessment and intervention practices within the Centre and the community.
  • To actively manage the Centre, staff and quality of all assessments undertaken. 
  • To provide a high quality and dependable standard of service in line with the values and standards of the organisation.
  • To actively uphold Dudley Lodge’s reputation with our stakeholders.

What we are looking for in a Deputy Manager:

  • Social Work England registration
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Hold a full UK licence
  • Post-qualified experience
  • Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
