Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Deputy Team Manager to join a busy Intermediate Care Team based in Southwark.

Your main responsibilities as a Deputy Team Manager:
- The post is responsible to the Team Manager with the Deputy Team Manager a core member of the social work team responsible for delivering of Reablement function for the people of Southwark.
- You will be responsible for the management and oversight of Safeguarding adult cases and investigations including the chairing of safeguarding meetings.
- You will have responsibility in relation to developing and co-ordinating approaches to enable the delivery of services in an efficient and effective manner and in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
What we are looking for in a Deputy Team Manager:
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
