Liquid Personnel is currently looking for an Early Help Case Manager locality teams to join our client’s team in Nottingham
Due to the nature of this role, our client requires an Early Help Case Manager locality team who has post qualified experience in a similar role.

Primary Responsibilities as Early Help Case Manager:
- The main responsibility of early intervention case managers is the coordination of care services.
- Involved in the screening process to determine a client’s eligibility for services, provide education to families on the early intervention process, conduct training sessions for parents and educators, help to formulate treatment plans and provide referrals for additional services.
- To have excellent communication skills. They must be able to interact with clients in a friendly, caring, compassionate and patient manner.
- they should be clear and concise when communicating with and educating their clients. Early intervention case managers should have a thorough knowledge of the services and benefits available to families under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.
- They also need to stay up to date with any legislative changes that may affect these services.
