Early Help Worker –Wokingham– Integrated Early Help Service
Personnel is currently looking for an Early Help worker to join our client’s team in Birmingham.

Your main responsibilities as an Early Help Worker:
- To co-ordinate, deliver and assist in the management of appropriate early intervention services and early help support for children, young people, parents, and carers in Wokingham.
- To provide support and challenge to families to empower them to identify their strengths and areas of development.
- To ensure accurate, timely, factual, and reflective case recording on all systems and to ensure that all recordings must include the voice of the child.

Further Requirements:
As an Early Help Worker, you will be working closely with other agencies and local services, you will be on the frontline improves behaviours, relationships.
What we are looking for in an Early Help Worker:
- Relevant professional qualification (Social Work, Early Years, Youth & Community, Health)
- Experience of working in a purposeful relationship with children and families
- Full UK Driving License.
- Right to work in UK
