Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an English Tutor to join our client based in Barking and Dagenham.

Your main responsibilities as an English Tutor:

• To deliver courses on College premises, off-site including Outreach work, and online using blended, hybrid and flipped learning where appropriate.
• To undertake learner interview, induction, assessments, and progress reviews.
• To demonstrate a flexible approach to cater for individual learning needs and differentiate work accordingly.
• Undertake associated organisational and administrative work, together with preparation (schemes of work and lesson planning and assessment), marking, assessing and record keeping.
• Undertake related appropriate learner advice, welfare, and academic counselling.
• Participate in the identification of learner needs and plan, develop, monitor, review and evaluate courses and course materials.

What we are looking for in an English Tutor:

• Qualified Teacher Status
• Previous experience working in a SEN environment
• Eligible to work in the UK
