Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting registered and experienced Qualified Social Workers to join a busy team at an Oxford based Childrens Team.

To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.   

You will provide assessment, care management and social work services to children and their families, arising out of the council’s duties and powers under legislation, Council and Group policy.

Primary Responsibilities as a Qualified Social Worker:  

• To provide an efficient and effective service to children, young people, and their families,ensuring that the needs of the children and their parents/carers are professionally assessed, and that relevant interventions are provided where needed, in a timely way.
• To work with families using the FSP Workbook modules, and a strengths-basedapproach.
• To prepare and submit written reports as and when required, including child protectionconference reports and legal reports for care proceedings.
• To attend conferences, reviews and court as required for each case presenting plansclearly, with professionalism and integrity.
• To ensure the Assistant /Team Manager is kept fully appraised of significant informationabout allocated families, seeking advice as and when necessary.

What we are looking for in a Qualified Social Worker: 

• Social Work England registration 
• Eligible to work in the UK 
• Hold a full UK license 
• Post-qualified experience 
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
