Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Experienced Social Worker to join a MASH Team based in Swindon.

Your main responsibilities as a Social Worker:

• To undertake professional and comprehensive casework for a complex caseload of children and young people.
• Work within Swindon Borough Council’s policies, procedures, and good practice guidelines to meet the needs of the children and families allocated
• Work with children and young people, families, carers, and communities to help them make  
  informed decisions, engender change enabling them to clarify and express their needs, and  
  contribute to service planning

Further Requirements:

You will research, co-ordinate and analyse key information to enable joint decision making with colleagues within MASH to ensure that timely decisions are made to secure the most positive outcomes for children. This role offers a unique professional development opportunity to draw upon your existing Children & Families and safeguarding knowledge whilst developing your skills in prioritising and analysing complex information.

What we are looking for in a Social Worker:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
