Liquid Personnel is currently looking for a Family Support Worker to join our client in Morden.

Your duties as a Family Support Worker:

• Be the lead contact with other identified agencies, such as Education, Children’s Centres, Community and Voluntary sector, children and adults Social Care, Housing, Health, and Criminal Justice agencies. Coordinating the gathering and sharing of information and chairing multi agency meetings
• Developing excellent working relationships leading to improved intervention and long-term outcomes for families and their children/young people
• Lead and deliver evidenced based interventions through a case work model in the family home, co-ordinating and managing planned targeted interventions in a structured environment, offering both support and challenge to change family behaviours, underpinned by Merton’s Early Help practice model and motivational interviewing techniques

Further Requirements:

As a Family Support Worker, you will take a lead in working with families, whose needs are of a high complexity that include a wide range of factors that require a specific and individualised response through delivery of group based or 1 to 1 interventions/programmes
