Female Support Worker – West Yorkshire
Liquid Personnel is currently looking for a Female Support Worker to join our clients Female Refuge Service in West Yorkshire.
As a successful Support Worker, you will act as a key worker for a number of households staying in temporary accommodation in a person-centred way. You will also assist client/families or children and young people (as appropriate) with practical tasks based upon their needs and aspirations as identified in their support and safety plan.

Experience required for this Support Worker role:
- Experience of working within Domestic Abuse would be desirable
- Previous experience of support accommodation and support planning work
- Previous experience of working with women and children
- Experience of working directly with adults who have experienced multiple disadvantage
- Experience of housing support work
- Experience of multi-agency working
- Practical experience of assistance in daily tasks
- The ability to fill out benefit forms
Essential requirements of this Support Worker role:
- Relevant qualification in health and social care
- Must be fluent in the English Language
- Must be able to speak Urdu/and or Punjabi
- Friendly and sensitive
- Willing to work in a person-centred approach
- The legal right to work in the UK
