Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Independent Living Assessor to join a busy Mental Capacity Assessments Team based in London.

Your main responsibilities as an Independent Living Assessor:

• To collaboratively set smart goals, to increase independence and lessen dependence on commissioned services.
• To act as Care Coordinator to allocated clients throughout the duration of their Reablement
• Undertake and complete Care Act assessments and Mental Capacity Assessments.
• To supervise and oversee Support Workers ensuring interventions are delivered

As a social worker you will perform all duties in line with Council’s staff values showing commitment to improving resident’s lives and opportunities, demonstrating respect and fairness, taking ownership, working towards doing things better and working together across the council. You will ensure that appropriate levels of emergency planning and business continuity management preparedness are in place for the service, and that your teams are appropriately briefed on their roles in an emergency
 
What we are looking for in an Independent Living Assessor:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
