Key Worker – Shropshire – Integrated Community Services Team
Liquid Personnel is currently looking for Key Worker to join our clients Integrated Community Services Team/
As a successful Key Worker, you will be joining an award-winning Services Team, who work across the beautiful county of Shropshire. The team promotes reablement, the use of assistive technology and equipment and home adaptations to maximise independence and choice and encouraging service user involvement at all times.

What will you be doing as a Key Worker in Shropshire?
- You will be responsible for managing your own workload, receiving referrals, making appointments, and responding to the needs and requests of the service user as appropriate
- You will carry out all care management duties as directed and will be responsible for following the policies and procedures
- You will work to safeguard vulnerable adults from all forms of abuse and exploitation and will adhere to the relevant policies
- You will be supported in administrative and clerical functions although the use of computer systems is required
Essential requirements of this Key Worker role include:
- Relevant qualification in Health and Social Care
- Previous experience working within an Adult Social Care setting
- The legal right to work in the UK
