Liquid Personnel are currently looking for an experienced Lead Practitioner to manage a very busy Social Care Direct Team – Adult Social Care first point of access team based in Barnet.

Your main responsibilities as a Lead Practitioner:

• Screening and risk assessing incoming referrals.
• Guiding staff on email queries.
• Managing allocations and quality assuring work.
• Supervising staff.
• Good ability to work in fast pace environment.

What we are looking for in a Lead Practitioner:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
